Don’t miss an exciting Lunchtime Performance tomorrow!
We are thrilled to welcome Vladimir Zaitsev to the Hudson Yards stage. Vladimir is an award-winning piano virtuoso who has performed on three continents, played on stage at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, and has been in a number of TV and Radio appearances. His trademark “Baroque to Beatles” show is comprised of music of baroque master D. Scarlatti, romantic giant S. Rachmaninoff, F. Busoni’s virtuosic Carmen Fantasy, jazz arrangements of Ukrainian folk songs, West Side Story Medley, variations on Scott Joplin rag-times, Beatles Tribute in classical style and selection of Gershwin favorites, presented in tongue-in-cheek style, reminiscent of Victor Borge.
This special performance at 12pm tomorrow will be located at The Shops at Hudson Yards New York, Level 4 on the balcony overlooking The Vessel.
Don’t forget! The rare 1932 Chippendale Steinway Grand M Piano that Vladimir will perform on is up for auction for only 4 more weeks! Proceeds to benefit WAAM and our incredible grantee organizations using #thepowerofmusic to change lives.
We hope to see you there!
