Max is a NYC-based musician and songwriter pursuing a future in the music industry. He is a recent graduate of Colorado College, where he majored in music and minored in environmental policy. Here, he completed a thesis examining the ways in which systemic racism is upheld and perpetuated by Billboard Magazine charts and tabulation methodologies. Upon completion of this thesis, Max was elected by Colorado College faculty for induction into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Max writes, records, and produces full indie-rock tracks that he releases under the alias “Bicoastal.” His most recent release was featured in the Early Rising music publication.
