Bryan Kohl is a 20-year technology professional who has spent his career working with start-ups and large organizations such as Bose Corporation and Dell Technologies. Now, as SVP, People, with a strong focus on culture, employee engagement, and career development, he helps lead the Human Resources function for ExtraHop, a global, innovative cybersecurity company, based in Seattle, WA.

Prior to his current role, he functioned, as the Executive Director of MindWise Innovations, a service of Riverside Community Care, leading all strategic and organizational development efforts with a focus on transforming their behavioral health programs (e.g. Signs of Suicide, their evidenced-based suicide prevention program) in an effort to extend their reach and usefulness across the globe.

Outside of work, you can find Bryan playing the drums, spending time with family and friends, reading, and whenever there is snow on the ground, skiing.
