As CEO of the International Society for Music Education (ISME), he oversees strategic operations, global conferences, and innovative programs across 90+ countries. Under his leadership, ISME has seen a 30% increase in membership and over $1.25 million raised in philanthropic support. Ryan spearheads the Belize STEAM Music Education Project, created the ISME Creator Space to spotlight equity and technology, and has cultivated partnerships with leading institutions and corporations.
