As an electrical engineer, consultant, attorney, business executive, certified executive coach, and entrepreneur, he has worked with Fortune 500 clients, startup companies and others who live on the cutting-edge of innovation and are constantly blazing new trails. This experience has taught him the importance of creative thinking, effective communication and cultural leadership to drive business performance and enhance team, customer and partner relationships. He brings this experience, along with his passion for music, to WAAM. In his spare time, Karlton is an avid rock/blues guitarist and martial artist.
