Bryan is a 20-year organizational development expert who has worked with start-ups and large organizations. In addition to being WAAM's Executive Director, he is also the CEO of Roman Music Therapy Services (RMTS). RMTS is composed of Board-Certified Music Therapists who use music to transform lives, overcoming challenges with communication, understanding or socialization in children and adults. Prior to his current role, he functioned as the Executive Director of MindWise Innovations, a service of Riverside Community Care, leading all strategic and organizational development efforts with a focus on transforming their behavioral health programs. Bryan has a Masters in Adult Learning from Fordham University. Outside of work, you can find Bryan playing the drums, spending time with family and friends, reading, and whenever there is snow on the ground, skiing.
