Tony is the manager of Montclair’s Sound on Sound Studios, a state-of-the-art and award-winning recording facility. He previously managed top audio production facilities in New York City, including the prestigious Sony Music Studios. Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous Grammy-winning and top-selling artists, composers, engineers and producers. Tony also sits on the Board of Advisors for the nonprofit Hip Hop Public Health organization.
Tres is the Founder and CEO of The Rights, developing technology to simplify music licensing. He was previously EVP, Business Affairs at iHeartMedia (2011–2020), leading strategic dealmaking, and earlier served as General Counsel at Thumbplay, helping drive its 2011 acquisition by iHeartMedia. He has also held roles at eMusic, Sony BMG, and Zomba Group. Tres consults, lectures, and mentors on music industry topics, and serves on advisory boards for Musicians On Call and Jazz House Kids. He is a ruling elder at the Presbyterian Church of Upper Montclair and a former Radio Music Licensing Committee board member.

He has developed advanced database and machine learning tools, specializing in data visualization, analysis, and dashboards. Spending over two decades with NEPC and Segal Marco Advisors, he gained deep expertise in financial markets and top investment managers. He holds designations from the CFA Institute, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association, Financial Data Professionals Association, and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, underscoring his strong academic and professional foundation.
Bryan Kohl is a 20-year technology professional with experience at start-ups and major firms including Bose and Dell Technologies. Previously, he served as Executive Director of MindWise Innovations, leading strategic growth and transforming behavioral health programs such as the evidence-based Signs of Suicide to expand their global impact. Passionate about people and organizational development, Bryan brings a blend of corporate and non-profit leadership.
Michele Cicale, a native New Yorker, spent 20 years in finance at Sansar Capital, Lehman Brothers, and Goldman Sachs before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. She earned a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from The New School, focusing on impact evaluation and fundraising. As WAAM’s Program Officer and Executive Committee member, she manages the grant portfolio and works closely with grantees to align activities with the mission. Michele co-founded Impact100NYC, serves on UpChieve’s Advisory Board, and was formerly Director of Development at the Classical Theatre of Harlem. A Duke University graduate, she has lived abroad and traveled to nearly 100 countries.

Linda Ury Greenberg is an independent marketing and consumer research consultant with experience in higher education, music, and advertising. She spent 11 years as Director of Marketing Research at Columbia University, leading alumni engagement studies to guide outreach and programming. Previously, at Sony Music, she conducted research on brands, artists, and products, following early roles in advertising. Linda holds a B.A. from Wellesley College, an Ed.M. from Harvard, and an M.S. in Strategic Communication from Columbia.
Tammy is the CEO of Finlightenment Financial Learning Group, providing practical financial education without sales agendas. With 20+ years of financial planning experience, she combines analytical expertise with a passion for literacy. Previously, she was a Senior Financial Consultant at TIAA, serving universities and research centers, and worked at New England Pension Consultants.
